Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my item?

We have items located locally and overseas. Processing time takes up to 4 days, plus shipping time of another 5 to 8 working days. Generally speaking, you should have the item within 2 weeks.

Are GST and shipping included?

The listed price is all you have to pay. GST is already included and shipping is free.

Do you ship overseas?

We are based in Brisbane, Australia. We currently also ship to Canada, USA, and UK.

Is there any impact for delivery during the COVID-19 pandemic?

There are some disruptions in the logistics network, especially for items coming from China. Some items arrive quickly and some are delayed. We will endeavour to resolve any issues as best we can. In the worst case, there may be an extra week’s delay from the typical two-week delivery time. Local items do not experience delays.

Can I return the product after it has been opened?

Yes, you have 7 days to decide to return for any reason. Keep all packaging intact so it can be shipped back in a sellable condition.
